The Therapy
Soups
Ingredients required
Drink any one of the soups mentioned below, before or after dinner.
Bengal gram (hindi - Moong)
Horse gram ( hindi - Kulthi) (add a pinch of powdered pepper)
Black Pepper
Long pepper
Dry ginger powder
Method of preparation
Cook Bengal gram or horse gram in water to prepare a soup. Add salt to taste. Powder or grind the three spices mentioned above. Add a pinch of this mixture of spices to the cooked soup. Consume this everyday night without fail.
Milk
Consume a glass of hot milk everyday, after dinner.
